Our Values

Reading Unitarians value the community of gathering together, being able to speak and share  openly and without fear of reproach or disrespect. We can discuss matters with confidence, that what is said is treated with respect and if required confidentiality will be kept.

Reading Unitarians value interacting with each other, being supportive to each other and strengthening the resolve of individuals, encouraging and supporting members in meeting the challenges of life and experiences in the community. Courage is often necessary and our community gives people the quiet space to refuel in order to face life’s challenges.

Reading Unitarians value curiosity, our meetings provide a space and opportunity to deepen our understanding of the mysteries of life and the world in which we live.
